The inverary was the third hotel during our 5-day road trip to Nova Scotia. Without any expectation, we (four of us) booked the room with two queen beds, which included breakfast. What a surprise full service breakfast for four of us! It was like a kind of reserved breakfast in a cruise ship (with a beautiful lake view from our window seat). It definitely helped us before a long day road trip.... more
Decent place with nice balcony. Only real complaint was the smell of something like lysol. I'd get used to it while there, but after leaving then returning I would smell it right away again.
Room had a bit of a smell to it. In serious need of updating. The grounds were nicely maintained and complemented the waterfront location. The customer service was good/great. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless some in room renovations were implemented.
