Have been using this print service for 15 years. Have never been disappointed. Today I wanted to up size some colour photographs. The price for all my work came to a whooping $6.00, yet they had time to help me find the best quality paper and help me with the re-sizing. Full service for a tiny bill. Terrible. Avoid this store. They said the prepaid printing job would be available on Saturday. I advised I would come the following Monday. When I came to pick it up, it was not ready as their staff did not show up to do the printing. When I questioned why they did not inform me of this, therefore avoiding an unnecessary trip, they screamed and tried to get more money!!!!!

I went there at 8:30am. There was a rude man working there and he refused to help me to print out colour laser prints. I was in a rush, and he said we had no service. I asked why your print shop open at 8am then. He said I have service but not for you. Then he kept on working on his digital print cutting. I am not going there anymore. A frustrated experience.
