Worst experience ever
Horrible service, I was extremely disappointed. We paid for alterations and they completely ruined the dress, and then refused to give us a refund. Rude, impatient, critical, awful women. Avoid it like the plague.

I went here looking for a wedding dress and specifically said "I dont like poofy"
Everything the lady showed me looked like a marshmellow.
I left frustrated and close to tears. Snooty and rude customer service.
