I love IKEA and I love meatballs. I completely win when I go here. I was surprised to find out that this was actually a "small" IKEA.
I remember in Austin that going to IKEA especially for lunch was a really hipster thing to do and when I get a gf, I hope we can do that together.
I've been to the Ikea in North York and Vaughan a number of times, and the Burlington Ikea --- while older and smaller --- is not as crowded. It feels like a "local" store.
First off, it seems like there's always a long line-up with several screaming children in the restaurant. But the vegan meatballs are good, and so is the gravy, and where else can you eat dinner for $7?

As good as an Ikea store could be. Tip: during the weekend the place is packed so if you want a quieter experience, just come to IKEA Burlington on a week day.
