Unprofessional
I took my taxes to H & R Block last year and everything went smoothly so I thought I would do it again this year. I am now regretting it. I had dropped them off and when I went to see if they were done one lady was bad mouthing her fellow co worker to me. I did not realize I was going ot have to pay the $60 for them doing my in cash so I said I would come back another day. When I went back the next week, they had lost all my stuff and the same woman was bad mouthing another co worker. I plan on taking my stuff to an accountant next year, even if I have to pay a few more dollars.
