Management problem here. Service is not slow but kitchen is slow. Took too long for food to come.

The staff was very nice. Our waiter was polite and apologetic for the unfortunate Chef's decision of not telling him that he was not serving us the choice of meat we had ordered. It would have been more restaurant like to send the waiter to tell us they didn't have the cut of meat we wanted instead of try to sneak in a different cut.
