DE-habilitation

I went through this program from October - November 2013. I hated it from start to finish.

Staff is not qualified. Many are "power-trippers"

Program is weak; a 5-Week Detox program and that's about it.

Food is all carbs. Be prepared to gain A LOT of weight. And you are not allowed to go outside to exercise.

Long, drawn-out, empty schedule. Zumba and Yoga classes instead of Program time due to budget cut-backs.

B O R I N G and U N H E L P F U L!

I am glad I did not pay for this program. It was a waste of my time.

Anyone who says this is a good rehab facility is lying.
