Stayed in the hotel Aug 7 and 8, 2018. Had a terrible experience. The pool was filled with a toilet paper like substance. I chose this hotel because as a single parent I wanted an indoor pool for my kids to enjoy. We reported the issue to the front desk. The response was "eww gross". I have also stayed here numerous times! Their hotel is huge! The lobby is adorable and very comfortable! I am saddened the casino is gone!

Was so disappointed in staying here for 4 nights.    Paid good money to have 3 king size bed LAKEVIEW rooms.    We were told that we should stay in the "new building" as it was MUCH nicer than the old.      WRONG.    rooms may have been quite nice, but our LAKEVIEW was the parking lot, overlooking a noisy park with trucks and cars idling in the parking lot and a sliver of the lake.     I would... more
