Very Poor customer service

When they installed the windows they took two windows that were not part of the deal. They refused to return them and told us we had to pay another $3,500 for them to fix their issue. We have 10 month old son that will freeze this winter if we do not get this situation resolved and for now our house has an ugly board where the window should be as a result of this company. What makes it worse is that they are not willing to give us back the windows that were stolen and are not even willing to take ownership over their error. Unless you want to be stolen from and have nothing but issues I recommend you find another company to do business with.

I heard about this company through a flyer in the mail. I was very impressed with the salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The two installors that came to the house were friendly and professional. They were quick and efficient. They didn't even stop for lunch and finish the job within 6 hours. They were great with the cleanup, cleaning up as best as they could. I am very satisfied... more
