From the folks behind La Carnita comes this celebration Americana, starting with the riffs on down-home classics like fried chicken cooked up in the open kitchen. The dining room is decked out in graffiti art, diner-style booths and vintage light fixtures, while the room gets blasted with hip-hop and '90s rock.

Deep fried deliciousness

Looking for something interesting and delicious? Try the Kentucky Fried Handshake. Once you get past the claw in you sandwich, you can enjoy the flavours of the deep fried chicken and complimenting spicy sauce. Visited HOTB with 3 other friends on a Friday night looking for dinner and drinks. It was relatively early, around 7.30pm. Upon arriving we asked for a table of 4, which the hostess said they didn't have any available. Ok if you like heavy food

Went here for lunch last month...none of us was overly impressed- considering the hype. I had the famous chicken waffles...very heavy...which is what you get with waffles...but the chicken was 99% batter & 1% chicken- so very dry what little chicken there was.
My colleagues had the Buffalo Chicken and the Philly cheese steak...both said nothing special.
