Rude manager
December 19, 2008the hotel was very basic but my main issue was a manager there called Angela. She was the rudest person in a hotel i have ever encountered. she spoke down to members of staff in front of guests and even spoke down to the guests. her customer service skills were below sub... more

Great Family Hotel
July 10, 2007This hotel is geared for families. We originally booked a kids suite but our 3 year old son was just a little young for it. It was neat though and had bunk beds, Playstation and DVD. Great Stay!
June 07, 2006The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport or to the Polo Parks Shopping Centre which really helps--it's complimentary. The hotel is a great place to visit if you have kids, and even though I don't, I still really enjoyed my stay. In a great part of Winnipeg--close to good food and shopping
