Ok just went to have a trial pass today.
positives:
Very good, clean, friendly staff, lots of parking, no one under 16 years old (unless they only do the pool). You get complimentary towels, hair dryers use of a steam room and dry sauna. lots of class from water to bike and yoga.

Our group stay here for our annual Toronto trip since 2008. The price was cheaper then, of course with supply and demand, we noticed it is a lot more busy these couple of year, price had gone up.
My room was fully renovated, and with double beds suite, it was very comfortable. I still think it's worth the money. Location is perfect for us, all our favorite Restaurants are within ten minutes... more

The hotel is nice, but some of the staff is not. The daytime restaurant manager was rude to me on multiple occasions. It makes a difference when you stay in a place where you are treated like you are a wanted customer and not an inconvenience.

When I last stayed at this hotel in the late 1980s, this place wasn't even fully built yet. The massive clock was still in the lobby, drywall was still being finished, and only the service elevator was in operation. It was originally a Hampton Inn. Since that time, this place has undergone massive changes and upgrades to keep it contemporary for the most discriminating of travelers.
