Beware of this Company!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
They insisted that I purchase brand new bolts for a part I needed them to order and install. When the bolts came in, they were the wrong and I had to take my part for another mechanic to install. When I tried getting a refund I was treated very poorly. They were VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! In the end, the agreed to refund me all of my money less 30%. Why should I have to pay 30% restocking charges for their mistake???
Unreliable serivce and customer service
I paid for a part on July 21st 2012. After getting the same story, it will be here tomorrow, 5 weeks later and 6 trips to the location, I recieve a part that doesnt even work. If anyone wants to deal with such business, go ahead and check it out. I DO NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. On top of getting the run around, this business has no idea how to deal with customers, being beyound rude!!!
