wait time
September 13, 2013had to wait over 15 minutes in a trapped drive thru line and not much better going inside as I waited over 15 minutes for an regular menu order

Would be better if the food was not burnt
April 15, 2013Harveys usually has really good food that is made fresh to order (unlike some of the other chain places). Unfortunately, this one is not consistent, primarily with the Great Canadian.
