3rd experience with harms auto body alittle disapointing.

I recently had my car broken in to (hurray Surrey) and selected Harm's as they were nearby and offered a courtesy car (my insurance doesn't cover a rental).

Pros:
Peter, the owner, was willing to stay late to see me the day I brought in my car; and again later when I had to pick it up. His accommodation of my hours was a big help since I don't get off work until too late most days.

Service was quick, I didnt even have to go to ICBC. Peter(owner) did it all right there saved me alot of time and headache. I liked the different courtesy cars that he has also, versa's, fesitiva's and civics
