Dr. Raddatz is a great family doctor!
Dr. Raddatz is a great family doctor. She's always thorough and always really nice. A couple of my friends see her and they liker her too. Her clinic is big and clean. The exam rooms are nice. Seems pretty modern and up to date.
DO NOT SEE DR RADDATZ, SHE IS HORRIBLE - the other doctors are outstanding
I am on here months after seeing that woman for a very sensitive issue, because it still makes me cringe to think of my experience. Everything up until going in the actual room was fine. Reception is SO SO friendly and sweet and have gone out of their way every time I have been in there. HOWEVER, Raddatz came in to see me - and yes - played on her iphone for the entire time. I was trying to explain my issue (and with some trouble, hoping that she may help) and all I got in response from her was the following 'yep.uhhuh.yep.uhhuh.uhuh.uhuh' WHILE i was speaking!!!! I even stopped and looked at her startled because she completely cut me off and disregarded everything I was saying!!!! I was flabbergasted and wanted to ask if she was listening because after that point I was actually speechless. So after she tapped her foot loudly, yepped some more, and played on her iphone, she looked as if she might have actually realized I existed in the room. After which she gave me NO solution to my problem, and stated I was 'lucky' to have access to a doctor (in my head: "what?! are you talking about? and why arent we reviewing my problem?!''). The session ended with her abruptly leaving her seat and walking out the door, which I was thinking that she had an idea and went to get a pamphlet etc. NO. She just LEFT. Said nothing and left. I found out I was supposed to leave from the aid coming in and being startled that I was still there. (side note: at the point that she left there were noticeable tears swelling in my eyes from being treated like a sack of garbage). I walked out to reception, did not know what to say, and only asked to never be seen when she is in the clinic again. I always had wanted to write them about this - because people like that have NO PLACE helping those in need. I sincerely hope people can read this and be aware.
NOW - going back (because I had to of course to fix my first problem) another doctor, Dr. Radakristian (excuse my spelling, but its close!) helped me out 200% and then some. He went above and beyond what I thought could be possible from both a walk in clinic and for appt. I cant praise this man enough, he really sent me to all the appropriate people and would not end either a session or an ongoing problem until is was completely cleared and took every possible route to make me happy and healthy. THIS is the type of person that gives doctors a good name. Wonderful.
3 stars, When Raddatz leaves they would have 5.
The WORST clinic in Toronto
the WORST clinic in Toronto by far. I booked an appt and waited over 2 hrs and NEVER saw a Dr, nor did anyone seem to care. I ended up having to go to a walk in clinic which took less than 30 mins. I wouldn't go to this clinic if it was the ONLY CLINIC in TO, I wouldn't use it. Do NOT go here

I'm sad to see my family doctor's office receive such bad reviews! I have been going to this clinic for over 7 years now and, must admit, I have the best GP in the world. He never rushes me, he explains everything in great detail, and he makes me feel very comfortable. And even though he takes his time with his patients, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to see him.

Closes early (30 mins) citing too many patients. Closes at 7:30pm but lights are off by 7:00 pm. So wrong!!!!

Terrible client experience. I tried this medical centre for ~1.5 years (3 appointments). The family doctor was extremely late (60-80mins) for every single appointment and never once apologized or even acknowledged how late she was.
Reception staff were also horrible. When arriving to check-in for my appointments they failed to even notice me standing in front of them (or else were purposely...
