Doesn't even deserve ONE star.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this laundromat. I just got off the phone with the manager, actually was HUNG UP on. I took in a brand new comforter to this place a few days ago wanting to get it dry cleaned (our puppy peed on it). First, the lady tried to charge me for a down comforter dryclean when it was in fact polyfill. Nonetheless, I paid for the drycleaning and picked it up a day later. When I got home and took it out of the bag, there were random areas of the comforter where the batting was compressed and almost starched together. I tried pulling the batting apart but it stayed squished together, there was also an overwhelming chemical smell on those parts that were like that. I called the lady back just now who barely spoke a lick of English demanding to be credited back the cost of the comforter and drycleaning bill since the comforter was completely ruined. I found out this laundromat doesn't even do their own drycleaning but instead sends it out to get done. She insisted she checked it and it was perfectly fine when she got it back from the drycleaning company. She told me "it must have been like that before you dropped it off". Unbelievable! The comforter was brand-new! I also forgot to mention that when they put the dryclean number tag on the comforter, they stapled it to the fabric and made a big hole that's now snagged. I'm so disgusted by how I was treated as a customer and, in the end, was never even reimbursed the cost of the drycleaning bill ($25) and now I'm out $150 to replace the comforter. Not to mention, she hung up on me! How unprofessional can you get. I strongly discourage anyone from going to this laundromat and regret not reading the reviews before I went myself.
