victimized by mall contractor

Hello all. I am writing this review about Haney Place Mall. The management of this mall is ludicrous namely Raycene mall administrator, my girlfriend's car was damaged by a contractor (Hay's Roofing Surrey) working on the mall, this information was relayed to the staff of the mall immediately. The admin. staffer stated the damage was the result of the contractor and therefore we wash our hands of this whole incident. The damage occurred on Sept. 19th/2012 it is now Nov. 27th/2012 with no resolution to the issue at hand. My girlfriend has been the victim of damage to her personal property and had to pay her deductible as per I.C.B.C. policy. No problem however she has not had it payed back. The mall says not our problem. My girlfriend is being victimized twice by this roofing company that has to my knowledge a 4 year contract with the mall. My girlfriend has been off work for a few months now due to an injury, she has been just skimming by, was almost evicted last month due to lack of money, She has been in need of a proper knee brace for two months now that she is unable to afford it because the $300.00 has not been payed back by the mall, the contractor and or I.C.B.C. I had advised the mall if something was not to be done about this I would take action and start telling everybody as a 30+ year customer of this mall, I am doing this post due to the response of Raycene mall Admin. had stated to me "that not fair" should my girlfriend be almost evicted NO that's not FAIR nor is the fact that she has been without a seriously needed knee brace, THAT'S NOT FAIR at all. MY GIRFRIEND HAS BEEN THE VICTOM TWICE IN THIS SITUATION. Victimized by Hay's Roofing, Haney Place Mall (admin.) and of course the people we love to hate I.C.B.C. The mall will pay it's Contractor's like nothing ever happened and continue with the contract at hand and let a young lady suffer because they will not put pressure on their contractor to resolve this issue. After 30+ years of a dedicated shopper living in Maple Ridge I will take my money elsewhere we have approx. 80+ family and friends that due to the inaction of the Mall and it's Contractor's will also be shopping elsewhere. Getting a Roof done??? stay away from Hay's Roofing chances are you will get screwed like the mall is doing to my girlfriend. Oh by the way I looked up this Company on the BBB and apparently they went OUT of BUSINESS and is no longer accredited by the BBB. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE where you are appreciated as a customer, NOT TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF C@!P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. THANKS RAYCENE for the great job your doing to resolve this matter, NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!! "THAT'S NOT FAIR" are you kidding me...
