Had the pleasure of an enjoyable brunch at this fun neighbourhood spot. You get to watch your meal being prepared in the open kitchen.
The baked goods are awesome especially the scones :)
Great selection of tea.

Great little restaurant located in East China Town/Riverdale.
Chalkboard menu that seems to change every so often with daily specials!
You get to watch them make your food and it's nice to have a restaurant without top 40 music on!
Everyone was really friendly!

Hammersmith’s is hidden away in Riverdale, so it attracts a very local clientele. The menu is breakfast-centric with the standard fare (omelettes, sandwiches, etc.) but also throws some unique flavours, like the duck plate, into the mix. The café is simplistic both in design and in menu, making this a choice spot for casual occasions.
