Since McArthur Pizza has the same location as Greek to Go, you can actually order gyros and souvlaki, as well as pizza and subs.

McArthur Pizza doesn't have a very large menu. It sells mostly pizza, subs, and sandwiches, but it also sells wings, pub fare, which are generally fried, and a couple of pasta dishes.

They don't really give you too much of a variety of toppings on your pizza, but... more

Greek To Go is probably one of the more popular food delivery joints in Ottawa. I'm actually not sure if they have a restaurant that you can eat in. I've never inquired since I only view them as someone who brings food to me...and I rarely ever get delivery.
