Where are we????
The "spa" is a small room that you can only find thru the maze of corridors. OH! it has a tiny window that looks over the pool Makeshift spa

November 12, 2014Did not meet our expectations: - not enough towels in the suite and for the pool - no blow dryer, had to ask for one twice because the replacement didn't work - shower not entirely clean - kitchen supplies lacking, ie no oven mitts, 1 small pan, 1 small pan - would have been nice to have an electric kettle instead of having to turn on stove - directions unclear to garage and how to turn on... more

Grande Rockies resort stay
October 05, 2014The hotel room temperature was very warm and could not be adjusted. Notified front desk and and they never got back to me and the problem was present during the entire stay. Dishwasher I unit would randomly wash for over 4 hours. The only advantage to staying at this hotel is the pool.

September 28, 2014Our room had a number of problems that we did not expect, especially at this price point. It was very noisy, there was used toilet paper on the floor when we got in and the plumbing was inconsistent. Not only was the hallway noise really loud but the appliances themselves were noisy.
