poor service
I shopped at Grand Valley Garden village on three separate occasions this year. Each time i went there not one single employee asked me if i needed assistance. There wasnt anyone nearby even if i did have a question or need a hand. When i finally tracked someone down to ask for help they werent very knowlegeable about their annuals or perrenials. Two of the many shrubs and perrenials i purchased died within one and a half months of planting. Their plants are guaranteed so i brought them back to the garden centre. They did not honor their guarantee policy. I do not recommend this garden centre for your landscaping needs
