Treated like Roralty!

Like any couple, when we made the happy decision to get married, we went to many halls, heard many sales pitches and were offered several “deals”.

Amongst all the halls we visited, no one could match the friendliness, professionalism, or value of the Grand Olympia. We were lucky enough to be one of the last couples to book under a special rate, we were thrilled with the deal the Grand Olympia gave us.

I must admit, I was a bit worried that the great deal would result in a lower level of service… how could they deliver everything in the package at that price? It didn’t seem possible, I was waiting for the bottom to drop out, for the high pressure sales push for upgrades, and the corner cutting.

That never happened.

From day 1 to the special day and even beyond, the staff at the Grand Olympia was nothing short of spectacular. Always available for a quick question, always patient and friendly, they even returned calls from their holidays! Our planner called from her day off in Niagara falls to answer a simple question. Unbelievable.

The food tasting event was well run, classy, and excellent. The food was wonderful, the wine was excellent, and vendors were all very professional.

Our planner was always on hand, and treated us with care, respect and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Every detail from the particulars of the flowers, the table dressings, the menu, was beyond what I could have hoped for. They delivered more than was promised, superior choice, quality and service was the order of the day.

The day was more organized that I could have imagined. Personal staff were always on hand, and discreet. We were attended to like royalty. They even made sure that our cocktail of choice was waiting for us on arrival.

The finer details are what really made the day… the DJ was great. The bartender was hilarious and liked by all. The food was repeatedly complimented, the décor was perfect, and customized for us… even the bridal suite… champagne, fresh fruit, pastry’s… all more than we could have expected.

We were treated like royalty. I had heard great things about the Grand Olympia from several of my guests, but they all agree, our day was perfect. Thank you Grand Olympia. You exceeded every expectation we had, and your staff was beyond what we could have imagined.
