Walk the Talk

Within the span of 1 week, sent 2 email and left a direct voicemail requesting their catering services for an 80th birthday party to which no response was received. This is not the level of customer service promoted on their website, nor what I would expect from a company that stands behind what they advertise. Had to shop elsewhere which I did successfully with Pear Tree Catering, response was immediate and an order placed within 24 hours.
