"Bring your appetite" to this "traditional" Downtown chophouse where staffers who "go the extra mile" serve what some call the "best steak this side of Brooklyn"; its "intimate", candlelit dining room is a lock for "special occasions", and when you add in "classic pairings" from a wine cellar that makes oenophiles "cry" with envy, you'll leave "poor but happy"; P.S. there's also a cocktail... more

I loved Gotham before, but nomore after tonight. No bread before appetizers, have to order! Service was not good as before. Waited too long for each course!! I said "Excuse me x 3 times", to let someone take a pic for us cuz it was my moms bday!!! So disappointed~

Lovely classical, up-scale, Steak House.

First off the service here is exceptional. These are career servers not weekenders - It's service reminiscent of the best high-end restaurants in Europe (staff dress code too).

my fav steak house bar-none..the service is exceptional, the food magnificent and the martini's marvelous..and i love their bar area!!..all that's missing is a little entertainment, some jazz maybe.
