Good place to live.
Thank you for the carnation what a wonderful thought I was just sharing with my coworkers the kind things you guys do to make the building more enjoyable! Thanks to you all.....
"Good" Building
I lived here for around a half year in a top floor two bedroom unit. I can agree with firehose_johnson that the fire alarm does go off randomly (maybe once or twice a month) and there are at least two ambulances/firetrucks that scream by once a week, but otherwise I found it to be decent.
The gym has a treadmill, bike, stairclimber, elliptical, sit-back bike and cable-weight-gym, as well as a squash court. I didn't make much use of the pool or hot tub, but I've always been sketched out by communal water pits. There's a small sauna (in the guys' changeroom anyway) and a ping-pong table as well as two coin-op laundry rooms (that I know of).
The managers are always around during the week and pretty quick on the scene when (yes, when) something in your apt. breaks. Parking's $25/m for secure underground.
I never had a problem with people partying, and I could even get away with playing my drums every now and again (maybe my neighbours are deaf) as well as cranking some hefty tunes at all hours of the night.
Haven't had any problems with druggies or hookers, but the building behind ours certainly does haha; good for people-watching on the decent-sized balcony (we have a couch, small table and bike out there comfortably).
All in all, I'd say it's "good" for anyone looking for inexpensive lodging with some amenities.

I lived there for a year and a half and between the ridiculously loud fire alarm which went off all the time for reason or no reason, the cops or ambulances frequent the building complex, to the guy who masturbates every day in the hot tub, the druggies, hookers,the parties through thin walls and windows.
I have nothing positive to say other than the rent was the most affordable in town.
