It is, as Goodwill stores tend to be, very grungy and the staff are unsophisticated and rude, but you don't go to second stores for the ambiance and good service. What is important is the merchandise. This store has an impressive and shocking amount of great items, including designer labels. this is becoming a very disturbing trend at this store, after shopping and bringing your items to the counter to pay for them. the cashier always tries to raise the price
even after pointing out that the signs are very clear. also they counter help is always miserable and never smile. this store should be investigated for illegal business practices

Best Goodwill I've been to in the GTA! An amazing book selection. Sure there are 3 copies of The Devil Wears Prada and Lovely Bones but there's also James Joyce, Virginia Woolf and Toni Morrison.

The housewares are good and I've even found nice furniture here.

Shopping is guilt-free at Goodwill, not just because the prices are so low, but because the stores provide opportunities for people with barriers to employment to gain real work experience. Revenues from the sale of donated clothing goes toward work training and employment services that help those people find paid jobs in the community.
