Award Winning Burmese Restaurant

We are so luck to have this amazing restaurant - the only Burmese restaurant in Canada! Everything is made fresh, generous portions, reasonable prices, down town with easy side parking, and the most amazing food! Try the Coconut Chicken Noodle dish. It's listed under soups, but it is more like noodles and sauce, plenty for 2-3 people. Absolutely scrumptious and not as rich as you might think. It's served with lemon and cilantro and red onion on the side, and topped with crispy battered onions. So good. The tempura squash is excellent too. I haven't had a dish there that I didn't love, but the Coconut Noodles are my favourite.

This is a bit of a hole in the wall restaurant with not much to recommend it in terms of ambience or decor BUT the friendly, welcoming and informative staff combined with some wonderful menu selections make it worth seeking out. Had their special soup, horrible, so much sugar I could not finish it, it was awful, owners are very friendly and nice, cute little girl at the table, but food awful unfortunatly
