They don't care about a Dog's Needs/Like Fast Food In/Out Grommers!
They need to tell the customers when they can't give a Dog a Cut to meet your Dog's Needs!! Jen has No Empathy for your Dog's needs or for you the Paying customer!! I told her that my Dog has a serious Eye Condition which was still healing and can't have anything get into her eye(s)like hair etc. All they had to do is cover each eye when cutting hair around & above her Eye's!! When I showed up her Eye's were full of Mucus,she couldn't even see!! I asked for a tissue and all she offered was a moist wipe/chemicals in it! Not good for an Eye that is Still healing! All Jen had to do was be a little tentative with regards to her Eye's and Actually Care!! She could have put my dog in the small room they have to minimize her exsposure to hair in the air!! Also She was to use a manual Nail Clipper's on my Dog but she used ones that grind the nail down not what I wanted!! She just took the fast way out with Lack of Care for my Dog!! I talked to her on the phone and NO EMPATHY!! They Listen to your needs where your Dog is concerned but just to what they want to do!! Great haircut but at what Price,We Pet Gaurdians need to Protect our Pets/they can't Speak up for themselves and say No Stop! Golden Eras Groomers just Lost a customer!!

My dogs are happy to go to Golden Ears Grooming! My Newfoundland looks like a superstar when he's done, and my blind, brain-injured, easily frightened Shih Tzu has had nothing but positive experiences. My 18-year old Shepherd/Blue Heeler, who dies in December, felt like a queen after every visit.
Very Disappointed
I took my puppy for a cut what a disappointment. Also the groomer said I needed to learn to tug on my puppies fur under her chin so she would get use to for her next cut. These people should not be dog groomers. In all the years I have had dogs no groomer has told me this. Also the partial cut my puppy received was awful I could have done a better job myself.
