Our office tried using them last summer, while work done was good, not their attitude. For mobile services @ $88 per hour, an experience with a smile would've been ok lol

Did bring in my Mac for cleanup, $30/hr is reasonable, and willing to charge 15-min increments after the hour. You won't get that in dt lol.

I've used Brad's services several times over the years dropping by their shop. Problems solved with prompt service and reasonable pricing. Knowledgeable techs!

They charged me over $100 for a simple data transfer (Less than 100 GB from one pc to a hard drive).

Tried to sell me a 120 GB hard drive for over $100. This place is ridiculous. The fellow who did the work on my pc was very nice. The other guy was a jerk.

Bottom line - go somewhere else.
