We recently moved to Ottawa. Brought our guinea pig there for a routine textbook filing which our old vet used to do successfully every time. Without this filing our pet can eat and survive another year. Within 4 days our pet was dead. The vet claimed pre-existing condition without any supporting documentation and he would refund nothing.
