We had a horrible experience with another company who red-tagged our furnace (questionable according to 3 quotes). Once the furnace was in pieces on the floor, we had to make a decision. We called SR Gillis and owner Stan came out to the house. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Very efficient technician very quickly found problem with house A/C unit and explained reason why it stopped. Showed faulty part and raplaced it. Highly recommeneded.
