Built a house
February 12, 2012We purchased all of our windows and doors from Gienow. We are extremely happy with the service and the product, except for the exterior doors. The windows are great the exterior doors are terrible at best.

Glass Replacement
January 27, 2012Our bedroom window glass cracked so I phoned Gienow. On the phone the operator was able to pull up the records (the builder used Gienow) so I didn't even need to measure. They arranged for an installer within 10 days. The installer had the broken window out and new one installed in less than an hour. Very efficient.

April 26, 2011We needed windows and doors for a new house build. We went to many window companies in the area and found Gienow's service & products to be excellent. Our quote was competitive and in a few cases better than the competition. The product was delivered on time, by careful delivers and we are very pleased with the product & service.
