Gibson Spa is one of the best Spa's that I've been to in downtown MTL. The staff is amazing and the Spa itself is gorgeous!! I get my manicure done by Mona at least once a week, and get my hair dyed and cut there as well by Annie who is an amazing stylist and colorist!! Love the 30% discount on all services on Sundays...super worth it. I definitely recommend this Spa to anyone that is visiting... plus

I was given terrible service by the front-desk, even being turned away from an appointment that had been booked and confirmed in writing via email. There was no apology or offer extended for this incompetance on their part.
The two estheticians that I received treatments from were very nice, but the quality of their work was sorely lacking.
