Terrible customer service, worst experience ever

I never write any reviews but i feel like i have to say something about this restaurant.
We waited for almost 2 hours and half of our food never arrived. No one ever filled our drinks the whole time. And this is not the worst part. You won't believe what happened while we were eating and when we were ready...

Typical AYCE, nothing special

Came here for their AYCE dinner because the other Japanese restaurant that came up on Trip Advisor was closed.
It's a very typical AYCE restaurant with a large menu but everything is mediocre in specialty and taste. We tried a lot of different items from sushi to teppanyaki and they were all good to the taste but no "wow" factor....

Good food, questionable service
