Poor experience for my 4 year old

Despite being a skating class for beginners, class was not set up for kids to have fun. Instructors quickly lose patience and interest. Kids who don't know how to skate basically sit on the ice the whole class.

Took my kid to Millenium Place in Sherwood park, where they can learn to skate and have fun.
Gateway didn't even bother to call to ask why my kid wasn't coming anymore.
