The Calgary Garbage A$$holes

I'm only giving them one star because there is simply nothing less to choose!
Upon starting our renovation we ordered a bin from the Calgary Garbage Good Guys. We filled the bin with only the appropriate materials and called for it to be picked up. A week or so later there was a $260 extra charge to my visa. I phoned multiple time over the course of 2 weeks NEVER getting a response to my query as to why there was an extra charge. All I got was "Ed will call you back today I promise".... did I get a call ever? Hell no. So, I was fed up, I needed justification for this charge. Thinking that I may get some response from this Ed fellow I filed a complaint with Visa. They credited my account - only to have it debited again a month later. With this I gave up. I resigned myself to the fact that I would never ever use this company again with it's severely lacking customer service and down right RUDE employees... should you talk to someone named Dave you will see what I mean. Oh, but the saga continues.... I just got a letter in the mail from a collections agency sighting that I owe the company that same $260. Lovely, just lovely. Anyhow, if you would like to deal with a rude company, have your account debited multiple times without your consent and then be sent to collections go right ahead and order a bin from the Garbage A$$holes.
