This chic Yaletown spot is a hit with the soon-to-be wed, as pastry chef and owner Peter Fong creates cakes that are almost too beautiful to eat. Almost. Awesome Patisserie

Have been a fan of Ganache since they opened just over 10 years ago, They were our bakery of choice for our wedding cake and it was amazing. Just sampled their new summer flavours and true to style they are superb. Also have the best croissants in the city, plain and filled.

This bakery was located in the Yaletown area of Vancouver, very close to Opus hotel, where we stayed 10 years ago. Too bad this bakery was not around back then.
