My recent buying experience with Gabriel Ross was a breeze. We bought 10 Herman Miller Aeron chairs for our office. The staff at Gabriel Ross are great and the pricing is even better. I sent an email inquiring about a quantity discount and within an hour one of their staff members (Dan) got back to me with a quote. Their pricing easily beat out the competition and I placed the order with them.... more

Worst online buying experience in over 10 years!

Took two and a half times longer than promised to ship goods. Arrogant and intransigent post-sales customer service. All this after charging premium prices. Recommend buying the same brands south of the border cheaper, quicker and easier! David
