Not impressed

It's hard to wrap my brain around paying $80 plus (including tax and tip) for lash extensions that literally only last one week. And all you have to offer is a manicure??? I DON'T NEED ONE!!! So I settled for toe polish which is another thing I didn't need. I ask for gel nails but they cost $70ish. Ummm isn't that the price I paid for lashes that don't stay on? You need to brush up on your customer service. Wouldn't it have been easier to make the customer happy?
