A smaller location
For a Future Shop, this is a small shop, but they still seem to have everything, just less stock. So if you're scrounging the city trying to find something that's selling out fast, like a new game, this probably isn't the best bet.
Part-time liars
I've learned not to trust what Future Shop employees tell you on the phone. If you're able to reach someone, that is. A few times I've phoned to ask about stock on an item and they have said "yes, come in", but there's no stock when I arrive. They don't seem to give customers any attention on the phone, and in-store isn't much better. This is a smaller store, so perhaps that's why. They're a bit too laid back here to get the good service you need.
