Hands down the best dining experience we had while visiting Winnipeg. Excellent service, delicious, creative food. So glad we ventured there! Great perogies, superb soup and awesome elk in a wonderful sauce complete with a tasty cabernet sauvignon from okanagon wine country! Definite foody find!
Phenomenal meal.

On a very busy night on Feb 12, the service was outstanding and the food was excellent. The Ginger Boar app. was fantastic. The main dishes, especially the duck was very good. The Fusion Grill will definitely be a regular stop for us and will recommend to friends. Cheers

This is regional food at its finest, and although the menu changes frequently you can count on being impressed with whatever you order.
