This is a hip and fun place serving up some of Winnipeg's best nontraditional cuisine. Begin by getting into a different mindset with the "Soup of Tomorrow," featured daily. Then the fusion experience begins. Tantalizing starters may include a crispy tiger prawn dumplings with garlic-sesame noodles and sweet soy dipping sauce, or white-truffle perogies with duck sausage and walnut cream. Daily... more

Hands down the best dining experience we had while visiting Winnipeg. Excellent service, delicious, creative food. So glad we ventured there! Great perogies, superb soup and awesome elk in a wonderful sauce complete with a tasty cabernet sauvignon from okanagon wine country! Definite foody find!

Phenomenal meal.

This is a restaurant that is serious about food. We have spent the entire week in Winnipeg and mostly found good food but nothing for the 'foodie' crowd, but this is.

took a cab there from downtown- took about 10 minutes but worth it.

Unassuming dining room. EXCELLENT service that was knowledgable about wine, cocktails and food. Special attention to everything- split our... more

My nephew and his bride held their wedding reception at the Fusion Grill on the weekend. We were visiting from Edmonton so had not eaten at this restaurant before. Everything about the Fusion Grill was fantastic. The meal was one of the best I have ever had. I had four small appetizers, a beet salad, an entree, and dessert. All were delicious. A variety of flavours and textures. The service was... more

On a very busy night on Feb 12, the service was outstanding and the food was excellent. The Ginger Boar app. was fantastic. The main dishes, especially the duck was very good. The Fusion Grill will definitely be a regular stop for us and will recommend to friends. Cheers

This place offers some of the freshest ingredients in the city largely because they specialize in cuisine that employs local produce and products. This does not mean the menu is limited—local, national and international delicacies are on offer in this space. The young professionals who frequent this establishment seem to enjoy the Grilled Porkloin Chop with maple caramelized onions and black... more

The word "creative" somehow just doesn't do justice to Fusion Grill's stellar cuisine. This is regional food at its finest, and although the menu changes frequently you can count on being impressed with whatever you order. Standout starters have included white truffle pierogis with duck sausage and walnut cream, and grilled asparagus and warm panko-crusted chèvre with beets and greens. Main... more
