A good, casual Italian restaurant located in the suburbs southwest of downtown, Fusilli Grill makes almost all of its own pasta and utilizes local produce, meats, and seafood as much as possible. Lunch features a variety of sandwiches on fresh-baked focaccia. At dinner, there's a choice of pasta, steak, fish, and chicken dishes, plus a few Mexican and Asian options for variety.

Great service! Good food

We dined here 3 times while staying in campbell river. The first two were excellent. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, nothing like fresh! My wife and son had sea food dishes which they enjoyed.
Our last meal was not as good. They never had any meatballs...? Italian restaurant with no meatballs...huh! We ordered steak which was poorly done. To...

Some of the best restaurants are off the beaten trail, Fusilli is a perfect example!
I visited the Fusilli Grill with my family recently while over for a visit from Vancouver.
Everything from the fresh focaccia, and appetizers to the homemade pasta and desserts was delicious!

Reasonable
July 27, 2014An average meal. We were seated near the air conditioner so asked to move which was fine. We ordered our food and enjoyed the bread and oil/balsamic vinegar we were given. However when our order arrived one of the meals was the incorrect dish. The waitress admitted it was her mistake and offered to reduce the price of the dish.... more
