Great Prices & Great Service
I usually do not right reviews but i really felt to right one for this business. I bought a bedroom suite and mattress set from Furniture Depot not only did i save $400 but i received the best service ever ! right down from the sales person to the delivery guys who set up the bedroom and took away all the garbage with them. I have already recommened them to family and friends.
Where is my furniture?
I purchased a sofa and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks, as none was in stock. (It's now week 5). After calling them several times they called back and told me it would be delivered today. No one showed. I called and they gave their excuses about truck problems and said it would be delivered tonight. No one showed. I called again, and now my sofa is not on the truck, because it hasn't arrived from the supplier yet. Seems like they will say anything to get your money, and after that they just don't care.

There's no point buying from here with the amount of furniture stores in Brampton.
Yes, they can order your product from the manufacturer and probably save you a small amount of money which is definitely enticing and great. The issue here is that Furniture Depot will order the wrong product... There's only so many checks you can do as a customer. When buying a whole bedroom set for example,...
