Favorite Restaurant in Winnipeg

This is my favorite restaurant. We keep going back. Chili Chocolate Chicken is my all-time favorite. Fish cakes are lovely. Sangria is a wonderful summer treat. Chris runs a great loyalty program so if you're willing to join the VIP rewards club, you can score some pretty good deals, too.
