I made a mistake ordering the flowers in a vase when I should be getting them in wrapped. The lady there fixed it for me for free and she was so nice. She knew what I wanted and made it happen :) thanks freshland!

DON'T EVEN THINK ABAAATTT IT!
Paid for 2 bouquets to be delivered to my husband's and my mother - both were upgraded to accommodate additional flowers for maximum effect but neither seemed so when delivered.
Upon further inspection, the way the cards were written seemed dually rushed - couldn't even really understand what the hell was being said on said card - they don't even print them out...

I had used fresh-land flowers several times and they have delivered on almost all occasions as expected.
Until this past mothers day (5/11/2014) where fresh-land flowers completely missed delivering flowers to my mom in Waterloo. In their defense, they are based in Markham and it is mother's day which is definitely a very busy time of business for them. However in this business I believe that...
