The bubble tea here was okay. But I do think the jasmine green tea was a tad too tart. Perhaps it was me and not being accustomed to these teas since I am more of a milk tea gal. Plus, I am sure the taste varies slightly from the east to west coast. Btw, you have the choice of the regular sized bubble tea or the miniaturized ones.

This place used to be good! Now the milk tea taste really bland and watered down! I gave it multiple chances! I'm not coming back here.

I am no stranger to this place, within walking distance from the train station. I love bubble tea and this seems to be one of my go-to places for bubble tea.
