Recently I parked in one of the spots in front of Fraser 25 to pick up my poutine next door and then buy drinks and snacks from Fraser 25. When I returned to my car about a minute later, the owner of Fraser 25 was standing beside my driving door. He was aggressive and threatening verbally and physically. I was with my 8 year old step-son who was terrified. He didn't want to get in the car because he was scared of the man. The man was yelling and swearing at me. He called me crazy for parking in one of his parking spots. He yelled at my son and said "I hope you are nothing like your mother". I kept telling the man "I'm leaving, I'm leaving" and as soon as I got in the car I told my son to buckle up and I quickly wrote a text to my finace saying, "call me now". My son started screaming and when I looked up, the mans face was inches from my window. He was gesturing wildly and saying "get the f@!k out of here". I rolled down my window halfway and yelled, "can you get away from us, you are scaring my son" The man then took a swing at my face. He actually acted like he was going to punch me in the face! At that point I rolled up my window, backed up and drove a few feet past his business and called 911. This experience was one of the most horrible things I have been through. It was traumatic for me. If he has done this to a pregnant woman with a child, who else does he do this too? And has he ever completed that punch?
While visiting another local business that is located in the same area, witnessed, an encounter with the owner of this business and another random person. Apparently the person had parked in one of the "reserved" parking spaces for this low end convenience store. The owner was awaiting the person's return. When they did return he immediately went on the offensive and made a scene directly in front of his store. How this benefited his business I do not know. Except for the fact that I nor anyone I know will ever recommend this place. Beware, of the crazy owner of Fraser 25. Big thumbs down.
