Concierge was very helpful and really just all...

I was hesitant to review as I communicated directly with the hotel regarding our previous experience and they were very apologetic. This is the second disappointment and again their communication system is poor and we are left waiting after calling ahead and confirming pick up. Advice - do what you say you will do. Big kudos to the parking valet. Fabulous service!!
Toronto's newly renovated Four Seasons took up a new address in the city's upscale Yorkville neighbourhood in October 2012. The star of the soaring, 55-story property is the two-story, 30,000-square-foot spa—the largest found in any Four Seasons property worldwide. In addition, the hotel will have 259 newly designed rooms with unparalleled views on higher floors of the 55-story building and... more
