Parts are overpriced, No service after they leave

Woke up on a winter morning with 16 C degrees in house. After technician checked the furnace, it appeared the HSI (Hot Surface Ignitor) was broken and so I had no choice but to buy one from them for 118$ (though you can get those for 20-30$).A safety limiter was broken as well, but technician didn't have one with him and promised to get back with a part number and price.The next day I contacted... more
